Auskick Inclusion - All Abilities

Auskick Inclusion is all about giving access to AFL skills, valuable exercise, and the opportunity to get outside to people who may otherwise not be able to participate in their favourite sport.

Using footy as the basis for the program, an exercise physiologist has developed the modified Auskick sessions for participants, with the assistance of their carers, to kick, handball, and move with the ball.

It's super fun, vibrant, and engaging! The sessions include parachutes, big balls, colourful cones, and soft footies. Coach Annette has created skills and drills to build up individual capacity, while still making it as fun as possible.

Auskick Inclusion runs throughout the year on Friday Evenings.
